NCCIE accredited as Thailand’s first member of IAPCO, strengthening its position as the country’s leading Professional Conference Organiser
N.C.C. International Events Co., Ltd. (NCCIE), one of Thailand’s leading conference organisers recognized in both ASEAN and international level, has been selected as Thailand’s first member of the “The International Association of Professional Congress Organisers” (IAPCO). NCCIE’s past achievements marked its trustworthiness among public and private sectors in organizing various significant international conferences. IAPCO states that with its impressive records, NCCIE passed all of its strict selection standards.
Perapan Angkhasuko, General Manager of NCCIE, revealed that with over 18 years of experience, NCCIE, as a Professional Conference Organiser (PCO), has played a key role in organizing several important international meetings, ranging from academic conferences, bilateral and multilateral meetings, under the concept of “Striving for Service Excellence”. Its strengths lie in comprehensive scope of services, covering every aspect of a conference, including conference bids, research and feasibility, financial consultancy and sales support, registration system, marketing and public relations, and speaker and delegate management. This quality distinguishes NCCIE as a one-stop-solution which thrives on providing an excellent customer experience. For their wide selection of services and a team of over 500 professionals with specialized expertise in venue management, exhibitions, constructions and decorations, logistics, PR and marketing, audio and visuals, NCCIE is internationally recognized.
In 2020, the company has been selected by IAPCO as Thailand’s first and only PCO company accredited by the organization, which is considered a milestone since IAPCO establishes strict quality criteria for its membership status. IAPCO is an international organization whose members comprise of Professional Conference Companies; whose aims are to provide a high-quality service to clients and raise quality standard in the conference-organizing industry.
IAPCO, being an internationally-acclaimed organization with over 133 members from 44 countries worldwide, takes into account all aspects of a company before accrediting it, such as its timeliness, efficiency, financial responsibility and good management. Having surpassed all these strict standards showcases that NCCIE has achieved an internationally-accepted quality benchmark, shown in their professionalism, world-class conference software, business management and code of ethics. It also ensures potential clients that the IAPCO accredited PCO is able to administer and organize a meeting, event, or conference in a timely and efficient manner.
Upon NCCIE’s selection as IAPCO’s member, Sarah Storie-Pugh, Operations Director of IAPCO showed her appreciation that “IAPCO was delighted to welcome their first member from Thailand earlier this year – NCCIE. Becoming an IAPCO member is a terrific achievement. Entry criteria are tough to ensure that the quality standard for which IAPCO is known is maintained, at the highest level. NCCIE met this standard which includes historic event data, client references, on-site event inspection and office audit.
It is especially good to have a member in Thailand, as the destination continues to move forward promoting quality and education and they look forward to other PCOs in the country following NCCIE’s example of pursuing best practice and excellence of service and delivery.”
As a testament of its impressive track record, during the past two years, NCCIE has organized meetings for both government agencies and private organizations, distinguishing it as an internationally-recognized conference organiser, including:
To uphold its “Strive for Service Excellence” concept, NCCIE continues to improve its services to suit today’s everchanging situation and trends. In response to the COVID-19 situation, NCCIE has adapted some of its business operations to ensure that it is able to deliver the same level of standard during this new-normal age, for instance, to minimize contact, NCCIE organized a webinar (web+seminar), hybrid meeting (both onsite and online) and online conferences, all of which have been organized in accordance with MICE Hygiene Guidelines.
Ms. Perapan added that based on these past experiences, NCCIE will continue to deliver services that meet clients’ satisfaction. Besides its own strengths, NCCIE is also supported by its network of partners, including ICCA (International Congress and Convention Association), PATA (Pacific Asia Travel Association) and TICA (Thailand Incentive and Convention Association). NCCIE has prepared its staff to support organizing meetings and events, both at the national and international levels, for years to come.
